+Now install and run the Wizzard. Select the profile you want to backup. In most cases you could even backup old and forgotten profiles. Let it do its thing. Once it is ready restore the File to the account you like to login with. After restoring, the app will make some adjustments and you should be good to go.
+If you like to remove your old profile (when you do get the messages that Windows can only log you in with a temporary profile) just open regedit and go to:
+HKLM
+Software
+Microsoft
+WindowsNT
+CurrentVersion
+ProfileList
+and find the key ending with 1004. Select the key and check where the path of your profile is pointing to. Make an export of this key (just in case) and then delete it.
+Your profile should now be reusable.
