 Launch regedit by going to the Start menu and clicking on "Run." Type "regedit" in the field and click "OK."

 Expand "My Computer" in the left-hand window. Expand "HKEY_CURRENT_USER." Expand "Control Panel." Click on the "Desktop" folder.
