**Issues with Backing-Up** You might see errors in you log indicating that back-ups have failed. Most of the time this is of a configuration change on your client or server and you might not be able to solve this issue. The easiest way to check if your problem can be solved is to logon to the client having trouble to backup. This is for Linux installations but may also work for Windows. Go to your backup server and start the following command: urbackupsrv remove-unknown This will clean any issues within your directories or database. If this does not help, check if the permissions of the mentioned directory is according to its settings. You will find the error or warning in you servers back-up log of the respective client giving the error. If it is a directory which can be misses, like a cache or temp directory, delete it!
