**URBACKUP - Client Offline**

Sometimes, the client keeps offline after a re-install. In most cases you can solve this by editing the server_idents.txt file. The best way to fix this is to uninstall the client (on Windows) and re-install it by downloading the client in your Urbackup Web-interface. Then check the file server_idents.txt. in the new installed client directory. It should look something like this:

  #12346330-729c-4min-72bb-a654efe81aa6
  Ppr12TRAtbuouUlB234lx
  ############################
  #549b312e2-1e10-3754-a246-e68a757c7f2a

If there is anything behind "Ppr12TRAtbuouUlB234lx" like # and something, 

  Ppr12TRAtbuouUlB234lx#Fingerprint

remove #Fingerprint after Ppr12TRAtbuouUlB234lx so it stands alone. Make sure the rest stays untouched. 

In most cases this should fix the problem.
