URBACKUP - Client Offline
Sometimes, the client keeps offline after a re-install. In most cases you can solve this by editing the server_idents.txt file. The best way to fix this is to uninstall the client (on Windows) and re-install it by downloading the client in your Urbackup Web-interface. Then check the file server_idents.txt. in the new installed client directory. It should look something like this:

If there is anything behind “Ppr12TRAtbuouUlB234lx” like # and something,
Ppr12TRAtbuouUlB234lx#Fingerprint
remove #Fingerprint after Ppr12TRAtbuouUlB234lx so it stands alone. Make sure the rest stays untouched.
In most cases this should fix the problem.
